Lewis Crofts admitted killing Kimberley Deakin at her Stoke-on-Trent home in November last year. Crofts, 30 and of Lytchett Drive, Broadstone, pleaded guilty at a pre-trial review hearing at Stafford Crown Court last month. He was remanded into custody and is now set to be sentenced at the same court this afternoon Judge Kristina Montgomery QC.
