fpi flows: India back among the top five global markets by m-cap amid renewed FPI flow
Indian equities have gained 10% year-on-year in the June quarter so far compared with 4% and 6% return of the Emerging Market (EM) and Developed Market (DM) indices respectively thanks to renewed interest of foreign investors and sustained flow of SIP linked funds. Given this outperformance, India’s share in the global market cap has increased by 20 basis points to 3.2% as on June 20 from the beginning of the current quarter
