Developers of the proposed Bridgeworks tower in Ohio City won approval from the Cleveland Landmarks Commission to demolish a former Cuyahoga County Engineer's garage that's part of the complex they purchased for redevelopment near the Superior Viaduct and West 25th Street.
The height of the proposed Bridgeworks project on the Ohio City end of the Detroit-Superior Bridge will rise 15 stories instead of the prior 16. A presentation to the Cleveland Landmarks Commission has afforded a peak at the evolving plan.
