Paper Girls co-creator Brian K. Vaughan says the changes the Amazon series made come with his & Cliff Chiang's "blessing"; images released.

The series follows four young girls who, while out delivering papers on the morning after Halloween in 1988, become unwittingly caught in a conflict between warring factions of time-travelers, sending them on an adventure through time that will save the world.

Ali Wong, the comedian/actress/writer/producer behind the 2019 Netflix comedy Always Be My Maybe, is the latest addition to the Paper Girls cast, where she’ll be playing one of the lead roles.
