I spoke with police a few minutes ago and they say they are on sure when the lanes will reopen but the left 2 lanes are open. Now from the live desk, a power outage forcing students to find somewhere else to sleep overnight. Instead of staying in the freshman them turning to the Student Center turning it into a temporary bedroom.
