FLAG carrier Philippine Airlines will be launching a new Cebu-Laoag route by the middle of December as part of efforts to establish better connectivity between Northern Luzon, and the central and southern Philippines.
Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) said it is set to launch a “pioneering” service between Cebu and Laoag this December. According to PAL President and CEO Stanley K.
