UPDATE: Is it time? Yes, Redding s Chick-fil-A now has an opening date

March 11 will be a big date for local Chick-fil-A fans.
The chain restaurant has announced it will open that day after years of anticipation and months of work on its new location in front of the Mt. Shasta Mall at Dana and Hilltop drives.
A sign is posted on the front of the restaurant that states, “Opening March 11. Looking forward to serving you then!”
Work started on the location last year and the signs went up about a month ago announcing the arrival of a restaurant that most knew about for some time. ....
