Madison Forward Fund to serve as study on effectiveness of guaranteed income programs

Local leaders announced Monday a new program that will guarantee direct payments to select families, adding Madison to a growing list of communities around the country that are offering a novel kind of support for those who need it most.

The Flamingos will face off against North Carolina FC for their first home game. The team will announce their home location for the 2021 season when more information about stadium capacities for the season is available.
