Man accused of strangling woman, smothering baby at Lockport home in 2020
"The family was in tears, you know, and I'm sure some of my investigators were as well because they put a lot of work into this, and it was, you know, it's a sad case. It's very sad, hurtful case and was needless, senseless. And yeah, I'm just glad that we were able to actually make an arrest of the case," said Lockport Police Chief RIchard Harang.
