DPWH Eastern Visayas Regional Director Allan Borromeo on Wednesday said the budget will finance 1,246 projects in six provinces of the region. "Some of the proposed projects tagged as priority are those under the 'Build, Build, Build' program of the present administration. These projects will largely contribute to the local and national development," Borromeo said in a statement.
