Despite initial reservations from the community, the endearing charm of the leaning tree, fondly named Eileen by the public, eventually won widespread affection.
Rapid City’s Disability Awareness and Accessibility Committee will host the third annual All-Ability Ice Skating Day Feb. 3 from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Main Street Square ice rink.
