Amended North Carolina Senate bill could provide opening for Michael Logan to join Guilford County Board of Education
State Rep. Jon Hardister (R-Guilford) added language about Guilford County's debated school board seat to Senate Bill 9, which was about Apex. It passed the House, and if the Senate concurs, controversial former teacher Michael Logan almost immediately could replace William J. Goebel in District 3.
