Candace Antwine Service Award would provide money for Anne Arundel school graduates enlisting in military
The Anne Arundel County Board of Education approved and is raising money for the Candace C.W. Antwine Service Award that will celebrate students who enlist in the Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard or another branch of the military after graduation.
