The helicopter transporting Army and Navy troops in an anti-drug reconnaissance operation, when it rushed into the river and five of them survived. The Army Non-Commissioned Officers Jhon Salazar, Javier Paredes and Santiago and Navy Non-Commissioned Officers Yhoni Solano and Víctor Carpopata passed away in the crash, and Captain Fabrizzio Soto and Non-Commissioned Officer Marco Guerra, both of the Army, are still missing. ....
