Massive bureaucracy to go along with it will save money. reporter: there is also a hearing going on in the judiciary committee. and this is one about the constitutionality of the healthcare law as it is currently on the books. in just the last few days, obviously a florida federal court has decided that the individual mandate or the businessman date that would require the purchase of insurance or a big fine is essentially unconstitutional. that has caused today s judiciary meeting with democrats saying that it is constitutional and republicans arguing that it s not based on a judge s recent ruling. jenna: the expectation is that there are no votes to get the repeal done today, the republicans don t have itment do we expect them to agree on everything when it comes to the healthcare bill? reporter: yeah, one of the things that has happened here as a consequence of the discuss of the repeal, there are 23 democrats on the u.s. senate up ....
