The city of Destin dropped some fees and raised others. The parking fee in the Harbor District was dropped to $15.
The Destin City Council voted 4-2 to no impose a $20 boat launch fee at Joe's Bayou for city residents.
The non-resident parking pass will be $205, non-transferable and good for one year.
Proposed ordinance would ban the smoking of tobacco products - except unfiltered cigars - or vaping in any city-owned park or public beach.
