ROSEVILLE — The wheels are in motion in Roseville to use the bond money that voters approved last November for a variety of municipal projects ranging from fire station upgrades to a splash pad.
City officials say the closed Roseville Inn was the target of numerous complaints including prostitution, narcotic trafficking, and fights.
The Dec. 7 celebration includes a community sing-along with he Roseville High School Choirs, free refreshments and more.
