Observing that nothing much has been done despite the Mental Health Authority (MHA) having been constituted in 2018, the Bombay High Court (HC) summoned the Principal Secretary (Health Department) and the CEO of the MHA to remain personally present in the court during the next hearing on Jan 12, 2023.

Expressing anguish over the lack of any uniform policy over designated parking spaces for vehicles, Bombay High Court has said that authorities must not allow citizens to own multiple personal vehicles if they didn't have adequate parking space.
