A POPULAR bakery is in the process of opening a bigger and better shop to replace its original store. Mannings Bakery, which began its life in Waterfoot, will be moving to a new premises as the business continues to develop. The Waterfoot store is set to close in about a months time, when a new store will be opening closer to the town centre in an old accountants further up Burnley Road.
