By Molly Carpenter Pending Regulatory Approval FNBC Bank, headquartered in Ash Flat, Ark., announced today (Friday, Oct. 1) it has entered into a definitive agreement with Arvest Bank, headquartered in Fayetteville, Ark., to acquire two separate Arvest Bank offices, pending regulatory approval. The separate offices acquired by FNBC are located at 1311 Porter Wagoner Blvd in West Plains, Mo. and 111 North Maple Ave in Mountain Grove, Mo.
