The St. Johnsbury Development Review Board approved a request by David and Anita Roth to paint a mural along the side of their business at 443 Railroad Street.
ST. JOHNSBURY — Exterior wall work downtown, including a mural painted by a Cuban artist, is being proposed at the Cary & Main Co. property.
A legal challenge to the project was filed in U.S. District Court in 2019. The judge granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of the federal government, which was defending the project.
