Police announced a man wanted in connection to the fatal shooting on April 2 outside of CherryVale Mall has been arrested in Georgia.
Marcus McLin was gunned down Saturday outside of CherryVale Mall. As of Wednesday, the family has yet to be asked to identify his body.
Police said McLin was shot to death shortly after 7 p.m. in the parking lot by Macy's department store.
Marcus McLin, 25, of Rockford, was pronounced dead at 8:35 p.m. after a fatal shooting outside the CherryVale Mall.
