Victim of Gurnee road-rage shooting was Southern Illinois masters student; 'He had so many dreams to achieve'
Those dreams will not be realized because Daniel Lobo was the victim of a road-rage incident shortly after midnight Saturday in Gurnee, according to police. He was the shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a friend’s car.
