The Warren County grand jury handed up several indictments last week, including charges involving drugs, eluding and abduction. Trevor James Lee Sutphin, 20, of 15682 Whitetail Lane, Culpeper, was charged with abduction by force/intimidation. Hugo Orlando Nunez II, 22, of 526 Washington Ave., Front Royal, was also charged with abduction by force/intimidation.
