Employee celebrates 50 years at Central Ohio Warehouse in Shelby
SHELBY - Jim Tinkham was 23 years old when he started at Central Ohio Warehouse and Central Ohio Associates. "I was looking for a part-time job," Tinkham, 72, assistant warehouse manager, said Wednesday after employees honored him with a surprise celebration in honor of 50 years employment at the company. Tinkham's coworkers and boss, Larry Roop, gave Tinkham two plaques, presents and seven, $50 gift certificates on his 50th anniversary.
