Mariusz Brzoska entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster. The court heard the 39-year-old had breached the terms of a restraining order between March 29 and 30 by staying at the address of a person he was banned from contacting. MORE FROM THE COURTS: Magistrates said the offence was serious as the banning order had been breached shortly after it was imposed. They handed Brzoska, who is of no fixed address, an eight-week prison sentence, which was suspended for 12 months as the original complainant was complicit in allowing him to stay at her home. H...
