Henry Board of Commission considering FY2022 budget, possible millage rate increase
County officials are estimating revenue at $190 million and expenditures at an estimated $191.7 million. Finance Director David Smith presented three scenarioes during a March 30 budget workshop. Two would require the use of fund balance â approximately $6 million â to balance the budget. The third, recommended by staff, would increase the millage rate by one mill, generating approximately $7.9 million.
