Our temperatures are about normal for the start of the day with a blanket of clouds overhead that will eventually start to clear out. In concord, we are seeing temperatures going from 50 degrees at 9 00, to 1 00, 60 degrees, and then stopping in the low 60s. Temperatures wont rise much more from there.
