Foeller, 89, of Hudson, passed away peacefully at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, at his home with his wife and caregiver by his side after a yearlong health struggle. He was born April 11, 1931 in Torrington, Conn., to Harold and Susan (Horvay) Foeller. He married Elizabeth Ricci on Oct. 15, 1955 in Bristol, Conn.
