The Union Middle School Principal has resigned although it is unclear if it is connected to his handling of a teacher’s alleged inappropriate email exchange with two students, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The Board of Education approved a resignation agreement with Mark Albertsen on April 16 th. His resignation will be effective on June 30 th. Until then he will remain on administrative leave.
