David T. Andrus David T. Andrus, 68, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Lock Haven, passed away on Dec. 11, 2020 at Holy Cross Hospital of heart failure. Born Sept. 9, 1952 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Darhl L. and Ruth (Clark) Andrus. He owned and operated Fan Fair ceiling fans for many years.
