CARROLLTON The suspect in last month's gasoline burning death is facing an eight-count indictment from the Carroll County grand jury as prosecutors revealed additional details of the Jan. 23 incident. Arlen A. Atkinson, 53, is facing one count of aggravated murder and felonious assault, and, two counts each of murder, aggravated arson and kidnapping. Atkinson, according to investigators and the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office, retrieved a gas can and set fire to his housemate, Scot Hupp, 58.
