Five former Collier County clerk employees file lawsuit against Crystal Kinzel
Naples Daily News Five former Collier County clerk of courts staffers filed a lawsuit in January alleging they were fired in violation of their First Amendment rights for campaigning against Clerk of Courts Crystal Kinzel or supporting her challenger last year. The plaintiffs include Mark Pasek, Meredith Carr, Patricia Morgan, Steven Morgan and James Molenaar. The federal complaint was filed in the Middle District Court of Florida on Jan. 7.
