Besides the new name, customers will notice few changes as community banking will continue to be the focus.
The combined bank will have approximately $1.3 billion in total assets and 18 branches in 10 counties between footprints in Northeast Ohio and the West Virginia pandhandle. Wayne, which has been planning a rebrand anyway, will take on the Main Street name, however.
