Qatar has provided COVID-19 relief aid to 88 countries: GCO
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Qatar has provided medical and humanitarian aid to as many as 88 countries across the globe, the country’s Government Communications Office (GCO) has highlighted. In a post on its Twitter page, the GCO drew attention to Qatar’s support to the global fight against the pandemic, stating that the combined aid from Qatari government and non-government entities amounts to more than $256 million.
