BUZZARDS BAY — A member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe said he is planning to press charges against a motel co-owner following a dispute last week over access to a herring run. Steven DeGrace, of Onset, a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, claims he was harassed and assaulted while trying to catch herring, as is allowed by aboriginal rights.
