With linebacker Logan Wilson inactive with an ankle injury, seventh-round pick Markus Bailey could get extended snaps Monday night against the Steelers at Paul Brown Stadium. Bailey, a Columbus, Ohio product out of Purdue, has played in the last seven games primarily on special teams and has taken just 16 scrimmage snaps.
