Markus Maly was scheduled to be in Washington D.C.’s federal court Friday afternoon. No reason for the continuance was given in a brief court order filed earlier in the day.
Markus Maly, described as a career criminal by federal prosecutors, could receive the longest sentence to date in the insurrection cases.
Prosecutors have recommended that Markus Maly be sentenced to 188 months of incarceration, or 15 years and 8 months.
