NASA receives $23 billion in budget including funds for returning to the moon [Houston Chronicle] Dec. 22—NASA is receiving $23.3 billion for its fiscal year 2021 budget, which was approved late Monday as part of a sweeping end-of-year bill passed after legislators hammered out their differences for $900 billion for COVID-19 relief.
