Totton and Eling Carnival cancelled because of pandemic
Totton Carnival This float kept its spirits up despite Englands early exit from Euro 2000. ONE of the biggest carnivals in the Southampton area has been cancelled for the second yrear running because of the pandemic. Organisers of the Totton and Eling Carnival - due to have taken place on June 19 - have announced that the event will not take place.
