Hundreds of adults who live in tents, under bridges, in local shelters show up weekly for a hot meal, a hot shower, clothing, a haircut and fellowship. They also receive resources including job openings. CareCuts also provides first aid thanks to volunteer nurses when they are available. Marti Baker, Founder of CareCuts says, “We are a ministry, we pray for them, we pray with them. And everything we do is to give them hope, dignity, and encouragement and even assistance to get off the streets, and move into apartments and homes.”
