REMEMBERING SAF 44. Jennifer Allaga, the widow of the late PO3 Robert Allaga, one of the SAF 44 who died in the line of duty eight years ago, receives a token from Philippine National Police (PNP) Area Police Command Visayas chief, Lt.Gen.
