The Stakehill Industrial Estate has launched the ballot for its Business Improvement District (BID) proposals. The ballot for the Rochdale-based site takes place during February, with every business based on the estate given the opportunity to vote regarding the proposals. Over the last 18 months, consultation with Stakehill-based businesses has identified three areas that the BID proposals focus on.
