Rosalie A. Meyer SOUTH ORLEANS, Mass. – Rosalie A. Meyer, 76, of South Orleans, Mass., died on Palm Sunday, March 28, 2021, after a brief battle with cancer. Born in 1944 and raised in Waterbury, Conn., she graduated from Crosby High School and later from Saint Mary’s School of Nursing. Together with her husband of 52 years, Wayne, she owned and operated a successful family restaurant in Plantsville, Conn., until 1988.
