Mercy! Northcross is 2021 Cape Cod Woman of the Year
The Barnstable Patriot BARNSTABLE — The Barnstable County Board of Regional Commissioners, in partnership with Tales of Cape Cod, has named Wendy Northcross of West Barnstable as the 2021 Mercy Otis Warren Cape Cod Woman of the Year for making a significant positive impact in our region.
