The late-night assault took place outside a hot-food takeaway in Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline. The assailant, Lee McBride, 36, of Macbeth Road, Dunfermline, has been sentenced finally – more than three years on. He appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, having admitted that on January 13, 2018, at Masala Grill, he shouted and swore at a woman, made threats of violence towards her and acted aggressively towards her.
