On October 31rst, 2023, an agreement in principle was signed between the president of the Les Transformateurs party, Masra, and the Chadian government. Signed under the aegis of ECCAS facilitator Félix Tshisékédi, it allowed Masra Succès to return to Chad, one year after the events of October 2022.
