On Feb. 14, Judge Wenner entered a judgment on the case, effectively ruling against the city. Wenner noted that “the City of Florence violated C.R.S. § 24-6-402(2)(d.5)(II)(A) in so far as it failed to record the executive session conducted on October 2, 2023, which was not properly announced."
