HUNTINGTON — The Marshall University Board of Governors on Wednesday approved the 2024-25 fiscal year budget and a tuition and fee increase for West Virginia resident students.
During the university’s Board of Governors’ meeting Dec. 13, Matt Tidd, Marshall’s chief financial officer, said Marshall was “below each one of those ratios,” which he thought that was an issue across the state.
