Traffickers sentenced, headed to court
A year and a half after they were charged with operating a human trafficking ring, the cases of two men have been closed and those of seven others will come before the 5th Judicial Court of Florida in Hernando County again in February. In May 2019 after a two-year investigation by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office and the FBI, a total of 10 men were arrested tor participating in a human trafficking for prostitution operation.
